These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at https://insurance.petcins.com and all related services, including pet insurance quotes, policy applications, claims submissions, and customer support. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or purchasing an insurance policy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and accept all terms herein. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PetCins Insurance, a service operated by PetCins, Inc.
2. Eligibility and Coverage
Coverage is subject to underwriting approval, policy terms, and applicable state regulations. Pets must meet age, health, and species eligibility requirements outlined in your specific policy. Pre-existing conditions are excluded as defined in your policy documents. Coverage begins only after policy issuance, premium payment, and any applicable waiting periods have elapsed.
3. Premiums and Payments
Premiums are due as specified in your policy schedule and may be paid monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely via credit card, debit card, or ACH. Late payments may result in policy lapse or cancellation. We reserve the right to adjust premiums upon renewal based on claims history, age of pet, veterinary cost trends, and regulatory requirements.
4. Claims Process
To file a claim, submit completed forms and supporting documentation (e.g., itemized veterinary invoices, medical records) through our online portal or via email to support@insurance.petcins.com. Claims are reviewed within 10 business days of receipt. Approved claims are reimbursed per your policy’s coverage limits, deductibles, and reimbursement percentage. Fraudulent or misrepresented claims will be denied and may result in policy termination and legal action.
5. Policy Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your policy at any time by contacting us at https://insurance.petcins.com/contact-us. A pro-rata refund of unearned premiums will be issued, less any applicable administrative fees. PetCins Insurance reserves the right to cancel or non-renew policies for nonpayment, material misrepresentation, or violation of policy terms, with written notice as required by law.
6. Limitations of Liability
PetCins Insurance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of our platform. While we employ industry-standard security measures, we cannot ensure absolute protection against data breaches or unauthorized access.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, logos, graphics, software, and trademarks—is the property of PetCins, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
